If any of the Product, Service Orders or Domain Names are approaching their Expiry Date, it is HostITSmart’s policy to send consolidated e-mails to its Customers along with the Administrative Contact notifying them about the same.
Note
- An email is sent to Administrative Contact Email-id only of it happens to be different from the Customer’s Email-id.
HostITSmart Customers
HostITSmart sends e-mails containing domain name renewal instructions before any domain name actually expires, after it expires and when it is deleted.
These reminders are sent to Administrative Contact and Customer’s Email-id from 45 days prior to the expiry of a domain name, on the 1st, 15th and 25st day of every month, until the domain name has been renewed or Deleted on account of non-renewal.

Besides the intervals mentioned above, an email is also sent to Administrative and Customer Contact 60 and 30 days prior to the expiry of domain for domain names with .IN extension (including only these 3rd level .IN domain names: .NET.IN, .CO.IN, .IND.IN, .ORG.IN, .FIRM.IN, .GEN.IN),
Besides informing the customer about the procedure to renew the order, the report that is sent also displays the Domain Name, Order ID, Product Category, Days to Expiry, Expiry Date and Days to Deletion.
Note
- The Email that is sent displays 10 orders at maximum. The customer would need to access his Control Panel (the link would be provided in the email) in case he/she wants to view the complete list of Orders.
Information
If HostITSmart has Locked or Suspended your domain name, it would not be possible to immediately renew it. In such case, you would need to contact HostITSmart Support Team at billing@hostitsmart.com and get the issue resolved.
