If no webpage is hosted by the domain, you can find the owner\u2019s information in the WhoIs directory.  But what is a WHOIS directory? While registering for a domain, the owner is required to provide a  registrant, administrator, and technical contact by ICANN (Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers). Each contact is required to be provided with a name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
